Booking Policy

• Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. Kindly contact us in advance if you'd like to check the possibility of early check-in.
• Guests are required to pay any balance of accommodation charges at the time of check-in.
• A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
• An advance deposit is required prior to arrival/check-in to secure the apartment.
• In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival date, no refund is provided.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated as follows. The total figure will appear on your invoice, including any extras paid for in advance, and you will be notified of this following your cancellation instructions:

1. Free cancellation (less any transaction costs) if cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to check-in.
2. 7–14 days prior to check-in: 50% refund (less any transaction costs) of total invoice value.
3. 0–6 days prior to check-in: no refund. All apartments are non-smoking; a minimum cleaning charge applies if smoking occurs in the apartment.

• Two bottles of complimentary mineral water are provided on arrival.
• Guests are held personally liable for any charges and damages incurred during their stay. For group bookings involving more than one apartment, the registered guest is personally liable for any person, group, company, or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges.
• To order from our restaurant or for any assistance, please call or WhatsApp the mobile line provided in your apartment or on the menu.

Disclaimer: Guests and their visitors are advised to store valuables in the safe provided in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
